You can invite your PSA onto the platform or any agencies you would like to work with who are not already registered. You can even set up a PSA on the platform to keep your agency engagement restricted to a select group.

How does it work?
If a talent supplier considers you a fit for a role, they will contact you and send you an invite to learn more about the position. The invitation includes a digital right-to-representation (rtr) that gives the talent supplier the right to represent you for the role and may include screening questions to assess your fit based on the position requirements. From there, your talent supplier will keep you updated on your status throughout the hiring process.
How much does it cost to post a job?
Zero! Once you are registered on the Hirbox system it is completely free to post a job. Hirbox only take a cut of the final fee from the recruiter when the job has been filled and the employee starts working. We never charge you a penny to use the platform. Your success is our success!
Who refers to candidates on Hirbox? Why do they participate?
Currently, Hirbox works with individual recruiters and recruiting firms. By partnering with Hirbox, members of Hirbox’s recruiting community gain access to jobs at some of the best companies. Moreover, working with Hirbox, larger recruiting firms can ensure recruiter productivity. Their recruiters will never run out of jobs that need to be filled. Hirbox’s community of recruiters is in the thousands.
Will I be bombarded with resumes?
No. The right set of recruiters and recruiting firms will work on your positions; Hirbox’s technology and your account manager will filter all incoming submissions based on your exact specifications.
Will recruiters or applicants have access to my contact information?
Hirbox values your privacy. Your contact information will not be accessible from the platform to recruiters or candidates.
How long will it take to see the results?
After your jobs have gone live on the platform, you will begin receiving candidates within the first 24-48 hours. We find that employers usually start scheduling interviews within the first week.
What if a candidate, who is sent to me by Hirbox, is or was in my company’s pipeline of applicants?
If a candidate was sent to you by Hirbox and has been in your database for 90 days or less, you can reject their application; it would be considered a duplicate.
What happens if two recruiters submit to the same candidate?
Our system prevents two or more recruiters from submitting the same candidate to the same job. Should this happen, the recruiter who submits a candidate first, is given credit. Employers will never be required to pay two placement fees for one hire. Please review the terms of use to learn more.

What countries and industries are you in?
Our solution is agnostic to industries and regions. We have representation across the world and have listings in new countries and industries weekly.
When do I get charged?
You only get invoiced by Hirbox accounts team when the selected candidate commencement of employment as confirmed by you and the recruiter. Your company then has 14 days to pay the invoice. This is usually done by wire transfer. Remember the fee is then held with Hirbox in escrow for up to 3 months with the first 60 days offering a 100% money back guarantee, and from 61 to 90 days you have a 50% money back guarantee.
How long is the job post open for?
The job post closes after you have accepted 5 bids or after 1 month. After both scenarios it is removed from the marketplace.
Once I have received CV’S can I approach a candidate directly?
You can certainly talk to the candidate yes but would need permission from the recruiter. Most cv’s are often submitted without the candidate’s contact details to prevent the recruiter from being bypassed. To progress with a particular candidate, you should ask to interview them by sending a request to the recruiter through your workspace. This will be received by the recruiter, who can arrange for an interview at the time and place or method you like. Hirbox does not get involved in any of the interview arrangements. Remember to keep all communication in the workspace.
How do I hire a candidate?
There is a hire button in every workspace – when you have found the right candidate hit the hire button within the workspace of that recruiter and a form should appear with some fields that you will need to fill in.
This information will be sent to our accounts team.
It will also be verified by the recruiters side who will have an identical form to fill in.
What happens if the candidate leaves employment within 3 months from the commencement of the engagement?
If the candidate leaves employment for any reason (except where the candidate is made redundant, or a change in management) then you have the same protection as you would be using any agency, in fact probably even better.

There is no limit on this. This is a discussion that you will have with either the salesperson or the relationship manager at Hirbox who handles your account.

This is dependent on the volume, seniority, and complexity of the job
How is the quality of resumes monitored?
Hirbox ensures high-quality resume submissions by mapping your jobs to specialized agencies only. Hirbox also has in-built screening tools that ensure higher fill ratios.
Does Hirbox charge a fee? What is the payment model?
Fees are payable once the candidate is selected and joins the place of work. Before the start of the engagement, the company would sign a contract with Hirbox in which the commission rates would be frozen and Hirbox would raise an invoice based on that.
Can I integrate my existing ATS with Hirbox?
No at this moment. We are working towards it.
